Métricas inalcanzables, te ponen a querer intentar vender en cada llamada cuando realmente el QUEUE no es de ventas es puro billing y tech support y de un servicio basura, no hay acceso a casi nada de herramientas, y si hablamos de management, se enfrascan en solo buscarle errores a uno, y tratan de buscarle como quitarle el bono a uno, y los supervisores que hay se hacen los mareados a las horas de las escalaciones, y a los soportes quitan a gente capaz y ponen a marionetas manipulables que ni saben nada del producto. Nothing, worst account I've worked.
At the moment of the interview they told me I was ONLY GOING TO BE PART OF THE CX SERVICE, 2 months of training after I was put in sales and some kind of tech support when I never received training on those matters. Worked there for a month but due to the schedule and the constant everyday stress I quit, btw the comissions of my sales were never given to me. Would never comeback and would not recommend to apply to this shit account. Its as enjoyable as putting hot sauce on your eyes.
