It is zero customer service industry which means NPS, Dsat, and metrics alike do not exists It’s a “good” place to be at UNTIL you need help from them because 99% of the time the answer is NO, and if you make a super tiny mistake they make a huge deal out of it, and it’s never their fault but ours even though they dont give real coaching or assistance and their action plans are pointless because it lacks of real steps to improve and they make you go to the office for weeks even if the mistake had zero impact.
Upper management is zero human oriented. Most of the leads know nothing about managing teams and you can tell in your 1on1, there is zero strategy, coaching, and support to us (coordinators). TLs only know how to be bossy but they have zero people skills, then Sups are the same, they have zero consistency in their decisions and they rather let us resign than helping with requests. There’s a huge double standard and every one can tell. They dont have open door policy regardless of what they say. They only think about the Client and coordinators dont matter.
